The entrepreneurship curriculum continues to expand and develop. The Entrepreneurship Program at IIT has strong relationships with many departments, including Industrial Technology and Management, Chemical and Biological Engineering, and Mechanical, Materials, and Aerospace Engineering. We have also built relationships with the Biomedical Engineering, Architecture, and Civil Engineering departments, as well as the Institute of Design.
Any student - regardless of major - can take a business concentration in Entrepreneurship. In order to earn this concentration, he or she must take BUS 462: New Product Development, plus four related courses to be selected in concert with their faculty advisor.
